... buildings and people riding round on different brightly coloured bicycles. The hardest part was lying to the kids when they asked us what I liked anout Jakarta. There are three museums in the square and one on the way in. The one we pass initially is the Indonesian bank museum. The reviews said "it's not boring". Ha...sounds like a trap. There's also the Fatahilah museum which is converted from the old town hall, and is very much closed today for some fabulous sense ...

... to be truly blessed with every opportunity I've been afforded. I take advantage with as many as I possibly can, even if I feel like I pass up too many... I'm just over eager and I can't do everything I want. I understand that I will not be able to go everywhere and see and do everything, but it's still a hard idea to come to terms with.

... after our 13 mile exploration of Sigapore without a map we thought that with enough walking we would discover something cool, but alas, we did not. As far as we know, Jakarta is no place to visit, live, walk, explore, eat, drink or be merry. That's only from our limited experience, so take it with a grain of salt.
