It made me nervous when I had to sign my name to a paper the clerk covered so I couldn't see it. Was this New York? Is that how they do things? Was I just a hayseed from Michigan? The next day Hugh made everything all right. He gave me a personal tour of the Meeting Chamber on the fourth floor. Keep Hugh employed at this hotel. He is outgoing and great with hayseeds.

... old age, disc degeneration, cooties? Whatever, it rendered me a useless piece of baggage! I did manage to get out for a couple of drives in the countryside and Mike was able to golf a couple of times, so he wasn't totally bummed by my immobility. Well, not nearly as much as I was. Towards the end of our week, I felt I could amble around sufficiently enough to see some of the sights. So off we ventured.

Unfortunately Freddie nearly burnt it down within ten of arrival as he lit a candle in a wooden casing! You couldn't write it about Freddie! We had such a lovely time in the cabin, we did a BBQ and ...

... this was after Memorial Weekend and the NY State Parks didn't seem
to be crowded the first couple weeks of June.
There were about five campers per loop RV’s, tents, trailers etc. The walk to the lake is downhill and the park
is just so peaceful. Looking out from
our RV deer were spotted walking around the meadow. This is a carry in, carry out trash policy
    state park. If ...
