Super-duper time

It's the best hotel in it's catergory and the best one I've been to so far. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Both pools are great and so's the mini-waterpark. I've been going ever since I was 4, I'm 10 and I've been there ten times because we went in spring and winter once. All the other times we went in summer. I would have given it an excellent rating, but the arcade should be up-dated and better taken care of [I'd recomend getting the Shrek2 game].

Great place to stay with small children

We stayed at the Grand Marquis on March 14th, 2004 and had a wonderful time. We have two small children, ages 2 & 3 and the pool and waterpark were perfect for them. The rooms were very clean and the staff was was friendly. We will come back again in the future.

A_1 stay

This was the best stay we have had in the dells..the pools were very nice and warm and clean..our housekeeper was a very hard working person..rooms are also excellent in cleanliness..the front desk personell was very customer friendly..(hard to find these days) would recommend this hotel to anyone anytime

Rude, dirty, broken, Awful!!!!!!

I was stuck in the elevator - the phone didn't work to call for help.

The pool area wasn't cleaned from the night before. The toilets backed up all over the floor - we were given towels to clean it up ourselves!

A little boy puked on the floor and the mother was yelled at to clean it up herself rather than attend to her child! The phones in our rooms were broken and couldn't call outside of the hotel. People were rude and acted put-out by everything. Although the size of the pool was nice for my small children, I will find another place to go next time!!!!

Don't risk a weekend here!!!!

This hotel is the worst in the Wisconsin Dells.

The Grand Marquis has the worst hotel service in the industry. I was very unhappy with my stay within the first hour. I alerted the front desk staff of my concerns and they were very rude and non accomodating.

Please beware of this hotel.

Great stay at the Grand Marquis

Grand Marquis was a great hotel for my family and friends. We brought along two 4 year olds and a six year old, and the waterpark was the perfect size for them. Clean, and well maintained. A very good hotel!

Great Vacation Place!!!

We've been to the Grand Marquis three times - and LOVE it!!! We actually went there for our 10 year anniversary - and took our two children . . . it was perfect! It has two hot tubs - right next to the pool - close enough to watch the kids - but "romantic" enough too! They even dim the lights at night in the main pool/jacuzzi area!

The water park is smaller than some, but SO nice and so much fun - but even the adults can use the slides. It doesn't look like much from the outside - but inside it is elegant, VERY clean and in the off-season has very affordable prices! We love it!

Great for small children!!

We have a 2 1/2 yr old and a 10 month old, and the indoor waterpark was perfect for them. The waterpark has zero entry and never gets deeper than a foot and half. The slides are small, perfect for tiny tots. The indoor pool area has a small wading pool, perfect for our infant. This is a great place to bring your small children.

Pretty Nice Place

I went there two years ago in the early Spring, it was a nice hotel, sort of plain as Wisconsin Dells vacation hotels go, but had enough stuff to make it worth staying there. I was with my two kids, they really enjoyed the pool and the little water park. It was just right for days when we didn't go to a big water park, enough stuff to entertain them and burn some energy. No restaurant, though there was one right next door. Great location, main drag and near the big water parks, short drive to "downtown"
