After Grenoble we met up with our friends from CEFAM. The lounge bar we were at was very cool. Reminded me of the lounges back here in the US. The CEFAM students were so friendly and social. We left with our professors back to the hotel just to insure we didn't get lost.

Day 4 was a later departure time than most, so I decided to wake up at 7:30 and go for a run and a workout with one of my classmates. We were told of a small workout area not far from the hotel, just across the river. We went over there and got a nice workout in. ... and it was an amazing experience to see something that most tourists do not get the chance to see. The bus brought us to CEFAM, where we were able to interact with college students studying in Lyon. I asked them a lot of questions about the student life in France, and they were also curious about our lives back in the United States. To celebrate St. Patrick's Day, they took us to Old City.
This is the one day we got to sleep in and had a drive to Grenoble, France where we would visit Becton Dickinson and get a presentation and tour of their one facility here. Since it was Saint Patrick's Day, some of the students from CEFAM wanted to take us out to celebrate in the Old City of Lyon. For a girl who is not the slightest bit Irish, I was happy to partake in the festivities with my fellow classmates after a good day's run through city.
