Steve reporting: Got to Versailles later than we wanted but very worth the trip. The opulence of Versailles is overwhelming as are the crowds! Wow to both! Glad we went and now off our bucket list. ... Liz began to suffer from a bad back, so the girls and I packed sandwiches, fruit, and breton cakes….and headed for the beautiful Sables Blancs, just around the headland.
