First, I need to correct a gross error from yesterday. I'm sure the hydrologists were wondering about the Rhone warning level being orange and the locks restricting traffic. Well, my roommate Martin clarified that it wasn't the locks, it was that the water level was too high so bigger boats wouldn't fit under the bridges. SOR! I mean, DES!

... Canyon of France". It was spectacular - so vast and enormous! The Pont d’Arc is approximately 5 million years old or so and is a large naturally formed bridge in the basin of the canyon. Probably the most fascinating bridge I’ve ever seen ;-)
