          ... shop that was set up temporarily from the Milano Expo 2015 that ended in October. Inside were little bottles of Modena's Balsamic. I tasted several samples of the certified balsamic. It is aged at least 12 years and some bottles I sampled were aged 24 years! Oh my....sweet, intense---yum.

          ... feet. We sit. We order. We eat. We drink. We have some local wine and a snack. Don't worry. We have a full dinner later in the evening--tagliatelle al ragu, vino and chocolate salami for dessert! It's like a log of ganache or fudge with biscotti mixed in. When it's sliced it looks like salami--OMG!

          ... from 16th to 18th century. The anatomy theatre was amazing - this is where dissections of corpses (from the hospital next door ) would occur. I ventured out to a trattoria not far from the hotel for dinner. I had pasta and salmon which was ok - nothing to really rave about though. The place was really busy - reminded me of Lygon street in Melbourne - pull the customers in and then ship then out as soon as they have finished so you can reuse the table as quickly as possible. ...
