Gran Sol Palma

Die letzte Woche vor unserer Reise ist angebrochen. Wir geniessen noch immer herlichstes Wetter in einem November der so warm ist wie seit 30 Jahren nicht mehr. Winterpullis? Jacken? Nicht die Spur! Kofferpacken - jaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Nos queda una semana hasta que nos vamos. Aqui disfrutamos el Noviembre mas calido hace 30 años! Ni bufanda, ni chaqueta - de maravilla! Bueno, vamos a por las maletas! Siiiiiiiiii

Waterskiing is very exhausting and after a few hours of playing on the water, the crew loaded everything up and we headed down to coast to the small village of sa Calobra on the Cala de Calobra.

In order to make the weight limit, I take all the really dense stuff like books, electronics … and put them into my day bag which I sling over 1 shoulder to make it look light (there is a weight limit on carry on too which I am way, way over). I also have a shopping bag packed full of stuff. I am right at the weight limit but make it.

At the airport I see my first Starbucks which has $6 for a large brewed coffee. Never-the-less, most people have one.

... my friend Sanny, with whom I worked together in the sailing school some years ago.
We managed to go Catsailing two times, and always had some good wind to ride the double trapez! Always getting me into adrenaline rushes ;-)

An evening with a big barbecue at Sannys terrasse and a night out for some fantastic guitar livemusic...

A wonderful 2-week-holiday after we finished our exams. Don`t think we ever deserved the holiday as much as we did then!
The weather was just perfect, warm and sunny so we could be at the beach and swim in the ocean, but not too hot so we could start some sightseeing tours!

... better. I know my way from my cabin to the theatre, and other important areas like the staff mess. Very important. Having to share a cabin at the moment until the STage Manager before me leaves, but after that I get a cabin to myself. The girl I'm sharing a cabin with at the moment is named Nataly and she's Ukranian. Very nice girl, we tend to stay up if we both get back around the same time and have nice long chats. She's lovely ...

Maths in the square at night, being awesome at the quiz, teaching it to swim, vodka and top trumps each night, the boy crying about play club, the boy loving play club, the convertible red beast (megane), fred dancing with me, all the AWFUL people that go to those places (us not included)

Hieman vasynyt olo, viime viikko oli aika rankka (siis tosi hauska) mutta rankka kaikkine matkusteluineen ja pitkaksi venyneisiin iltoihin.
