... kind of akwardly standing there, cause he wasn't going behind the garbage can with me! By then the tour group was a bit ahead. Josh jumped over a fence, I followed him, and we ran... ... doors of the ferry got stuck so nobody could get off. In the end, free drinks were issued, the boat was turned round and, 3 hours later, the lorries were reversed off and we were able to get on our way.
We drove 80 km and arrived at our campsite (Monte Royal), having gone over a mountainous area with snow poles already in situ at the side of the road, at 10.15pm but, being Spain, were able to order a simple meal at the bar. It was a chilly evening at this altitude.

... by an interesting group of people, everyone had there own organization and rules. It was funny and confusing. We picked a spot in the back of the dorm room next to the window.

... but they failed to mention this swap would cost her an extra $10. They also charged each person for the bread they brought out without asking. This was the only experience on the whole trip where we felt sort of scammed.

... breathtaking scenery, beautiful houses, new flowers, plants, animals to pet, it was so much fun. We even drank some Sidra on the trail.

Despite making it to our hostel in Comillas at 1:30pm, the line of backpacks told us there was no room at the inn. We found a nearby pension for $30/night. It was so nice and clean, even though we would always be disappointed ...
