    ... TV news in Britain . Our first glimpse of the place is a surprise. Descending from the motorway, we catch a quick view of a long, sunny, sandy bay with a promenade. We have chosen our hotel, Hotel Termas Marinas El Palasiet, because it looks easy to find, appears clean and comfortable and has access to parking. We got to the beach just north of where we wanted to be by about 12, so we all sat down and ate our bocadillos (sandwiches that everybody's host mom had given for the trip). As it is such a great place to be, there are quite a few longer stay people here who from what I saw on the T.V. once, do resemble the cast of Cocoon, a bit leathery and brown, but nice people all the same...
