The Blue Eye is a natural water spring located in the forest. It pumps out beautifully fresh water at a rate of 7500 litres a second. Its quite something to see and the stream flows quite quickly all the way to the ocean near Sarande, about 22 kms away. And yet, you cant drink the water in Sarande. Does not make sense.
