... for some supper. Day 14.. Up early and off to our first activity, horse riding in glenorchy. Beautiful part of the town. It took us an hour to get here. We got to the stables and geared up, waited for everyone else to arrive and then drove to the launching point. I got marlin and b got zodiac, the two that liked to be in the front and of course were the munchers! The scenery was stunning and was a film location for Lord of the rings. ... given the evening Millsy had in store for us. Following the clubhouse pleasantries we headed to the nearest pub of Millsy's choice, which turned out to be what I would describe as a Bookies with a bar. Everywhere we looked there were screens with either various odds or sporting events being screened to encourage further betting. Ellie and I were reunited and we walked out and cristal was waiting for us - sans sign sadly- where she regaled us with her own story of adventures with the rental car and the obtaining of the GPS. She led us to a point and we reunited with Emily whom had bought us all mars bars and we were finally adventuring! ... amp; Museum was built after WWI and it is truly impressive. We saw a lot of Maori implements and carving but Garry & I went back to photograph the Zero & the Spitfire they have in the War section. It would be a place we'd spend more time in one day.
