About my rest

A travel blog entry by evheniy

... the rest was good but the sea is awful. The mud, trash and lot of algae around. My girlfriend is very squeamish, so the algae on the beach was the first sign that our vacation had been spoiled. Maybe the hotel management didn’t take it into account. They’ve settled the beach and finished. I think everything should be luxurious in the hotel of such level. I can bath in swimming pool at home without going anywhere. ...

The German/Ukrainian club threw us a big party with lots to eat and drink. They even had the national champion kids dancers to entertain us. Sergei is learning lots. The restrooms were pretty filthy and the rooms hot. The rooms were much smaller than even cruise ship rooms! The ride was bumpy, but I slept well. We arrived in Kiev at 11:00 A.M. the next morning. ...

Arno writing: It's Christmas Eve and the sun has come out as a present. We went shopping yesterday to buy some clothes for Anastasia. The clothes we saw were not really cheaper compared to the U.S. We saw an "English" pub, but they did not have an English menu. We also saw a German restaurant, but their menu was only in Russian. We've only found one restaurant with an English menu, but we've fared well. Anastasia has a swollen mouth today, probably ...
