... dingy!..what a shame. Rox and I only had one day to see as much as we could of this area so set off to walk the gorge anyway. Rugged up with jackets on we trudged off and made our way into the gorge. What a spectacular place this was made even more impressive by the wooden walkways and bridges that clung barely to the side of the gorge walls. ... into a town swimming pool set up, that you had to pay to go too. If you didn't want to pay, you had to walk for 15 minutes about half way around the lake to swim there. They had set up jetties to allow swimmers to jump in. The water was quite fresh but it was hot so we all had a splash before returning back to our apartment before dinner.
