    ... is called Cheese Paneer Tikka—it is basically a brick of cheese that is sprinkled with cheese and then baked in a clay oven with fresh bell peppers… He likes to put it with the Naan and make Indian quesadillas! So good. We ate delicious Indian food, shared our thoughts about how the meeting with the staff had went earlier, and talked about how excited we were to visit the communities tomorrow!

    ... t left by 1:50 I would just walk to class. We got there and there was a nice buffet of food. I got some rice, veggies, and chips and we found a ledge to lean on and eat.     ... of corruption. About 18 hours into the ride I woke up and realized that I had been sleeping about 18 hours! Wasn't the drive supposed to be 12 hours? This was taking so long. From this point on I was up, and hungry, and had to go to the bathroom! I read out loud to Katie and almost got through the rest of my book.
