    ... is called Cheese Paneer Tikka—it is basically a brick of cheese that is sprinkled with cheese and then baked in a clay oven with fresh bell peppers… He likes to put it with the Naan and make Indian quesadillas! So good. We ate delicious Indian food, shared our thoughts about how the meeting with the staff had went earlier, and talked about how excited we were to visit the communities tomorrow!

    ... before I knew it it was time to start getting ready for the show tonight. I had to shower and make posters still! We were told it was supposed to start at 6, and based off of it being so crowded last time Katie and I decided to get there around 5. We never know if we are going to be able to get a ride or not so really that means we had to leave at 4.

    ... ventured to before during the day. There was a big pretty tree that allowed Sayantan and I to discuss the tree of life. He said there was a story behind it but at the moment I can't remember. We settled down on some rocks and broke out our drinks. No bottle opener no problem. We had some pros on our hands. They just hit the cap on the edges of some rocks. Problem solved.

    ... you're married! Whoops! I think we're going to look for them anyways. At home it definitely does not mean that and we want some cute toe rings!
    At night after dinner we decided to go out a little. We walked with a few other people to the south campus gate and there were some little street shops/shacks I guess is more accurate. It was a village. There were some cute kids and some cows, a few dogs, but nothing special.
