    ... is called Cheese Paneer Tikka—it is basically a brick of cheese that is sprinkled with cheese and then baked in a clay oven with fresh bell peppers… He likes to put it with the Naan and make Indian quesadillas! So good. We ate delicious Indian food, shared our thoughts about how the meeting with the staff had went earlier, and talked about how excited we were to visit the communities tomorrow!

    This morning I woke up and looked over my notes again. Right.. that test that I have this morning, whoops. I looked through them during breakfast as well and then caught the bus to class.

    It was about 9:30 (class starts at 9) and still there was no sign of the teacher. Of course we weren't sitting there studying, we were all talking about getting up and leaving. We should have listened to ourselves but of course we didn't and then in walked the teacher.

    ... was one girl in particular. Somya is a great teacher that the kids have a lot of respect for. She is firm yet patient with them. One thing I really like is their dynamic. She would ask them for the answer and change her expression on her face to see if they were confident in their answers, or think they were wrong and change it. This teaches them that just because someone else may have a different answer, doesn’t mean yours is wrong. I liked watching her do that. ...

    ... Then, down one of the hallways there is a large igloo like water jug where we can always fill up our water bottles which is really nice and convenient. It's easy for me to constantly keep my water bottle full with water that is safe to drink. Also the sink water is safe here for us to brush our teeth with and the good and everything is cooked well and we can eat it all. Speaking of food Tagore has it's own dining hall.
