    ... next-door to as far away as trans-Atlantic countries! I can look up anything on the "Internet encyclopedia". I can find out that you can not indeed buy alcohol at the Migros, I can check the weather forecast, facetime with my family back home in Canada, but do you think I could answer a darn phone call when it comes in…..?

    ... plan a short 90 km ride to Sissach, a place near Basel. There I stay I should spend my last night on Swiss territory , before heading towards Germany. The night I spend with some of my very nice relatives.

    ... on the floor, Arabic architecture, interesting ceilings, and tile work on the floor fill the space. We wind our way back down to the main floor and step outside to visit the small gardens. Amazingly, we have spent an hour here and we want to catch the next boat in a few minutes so we walk on over to the dock.     ... into a beautiful little country town. There were flowers over the bridge, a nice little canal with a boat, a market selling clothing and fresh produce, the coffee shop had nice coffee for a change, and pretty cheap too. I bought some postcards, write them out at the coffee shop, but when I went to post office it had just closed. Apparently most stuff around here closes at 12:30pm and reopens around 2:00pm. This was no problem, it was nice to sit back and relax in this quaint ...

    ... to commit suicide (pun intended) and I selected one, to jump into a canyon 80m deep tied to a rope and oscillate between the mountains with a river hurtling down. Sudha wasn't well so she opted out and the guy promised to call me later when all arrangements were made and he could find some other takers.
