Busy day in Taipei
... With the tickets we bought, there was a buy one, get one free coupon for a beer and ice cream float. No, I didn't forget the "root", it was a BEER ice cream float. Of course, we had to try it. ... caught a train to a a Buddhist temple called Fo Guang Shan Taipei Vihara. In the building where the temple was located, we had lunch. The egg noodles I had were pretty nice, and the vegetarian dumplings were… okay. We had some kind of pastry — kind of like pastizzi — with curry as a dip. My sister has been making fun of how I like curry-flavoured food, so she rolled her eyes when I showed the curry dip to her.
