      ... parking lot further up the hill, once I had figured out what the parking lot attendant was saying to me in rapid Hungarian. It also helped to have been there the previous day, so his arm motions made sense. I confirmed what he was telling us to do in English, and we all got a laugh out of his assuming a language based on our Hungarian license plate.

Sam was hemming and hawing about whether to ski or snowboard until the last possible second, and in the end decided to go with snowboarding. We spent a little time lost driving in circles in town before we got the right road up the hill to the hotel.       ... was fantastic so we were able to sit outside and enjoy our sandwiches without discomfort. Our final morning, we awoke at 5am to drive back to Vienna in order to return our rental car and arrive on time for our bus to Ljubljana. After getting on the bus we realized that it also stopped in Graz, right in front of our hostel (so, 4 hours driving wasted). However, you win some you lose some. We are excited to be on our way to Slovenia!

      ... We were totally unprepared for the boorish behaviour of the car park manager..Unfortunately Slug could not understand what the manager was saying to Beaver. If he had who knows what may have happened.Beaver was very upset and we returned to the car to look for the ticket which we eventually found.
