... frustrated us as we walked around to every place in town enquiring only to realise the only way was to go to the rodoviaria tomorrow and buy them on the spot. We grabbed some food and went back to the hostel to cook dinner, have a few drinks with the staff before Leesh got tired real quick and phantomed her way back to the room and I followed not long after. The cab driver doubled back around giving enough time to quickly read the email for booking which said a blue and green building. We finally found it, got out and rang the bell in hope. The door opened and we had the right spot. We went in and checked in and got our complimentary check in caipirinhas. This hostel was a hot box with no ...

... beach, this is not the place unless you move away from the centre of town to a more private area. This resort-like beach scene was one I am glad I experienced but definitely not my favourite. We were seated on plastic chairs at a table under the sun umbrellas by the beach and had to fend off the annoying incessant peddling...Peddling of jangada (fishing boat) rides, donkey, horse or (unlicensed) dune buggy rides on the beach, food, souvenirs of all kinds, surfing and ...
