I've got a long way to go to get home and not long to do it in....as North Serbia & Hungary are very flat & very unexciting I hit the road, did 460 miles and finished up in a one horse town in Austria.

We woke up with rain again, and delayed our start as we enjoyed free wifi and breakfast at the local terrace. We then made it to Linz, but skipped the visit and raced to a park to do what we do best. Cook spaghettis. People were a bit surprised of seeing us cooking on a bench, but hey... ... can hear people's accent is different here, they say "Jo" instead of "Ja", they're relaxed and welcoming... Are they to Germans what Belgians are to us? At some point we had to cross the Danube to follow the path and the guy there asks for 2 euros per passenger to go 100m. Merp. Anyways, we're on course to be in Vienna by Saturday night, so all is good, except we need to rest our weary legs ...

Today'strip was to Steyr, a pretty town made rich in the last century as they have iron factories which made rifles for the Germans! it was known as the Armoury of Europe apparently. It is built at the confluence of two rivers, which I have forgotten the names of!

... the bike path on the other side was on a much quieter road and so we were able to cruise along and actually enjoy the ride and the scenery.
