Felt remarkably good today. Felt even better when a nice young tradesman came and installed wifi ! Sat in my nightie till 10:00 when it came on. So wonderful to be able to contact Willow, then James and finally sent mail to all the others. Jazz people fighting and whinging again, so sent replies. Did my washing and put it out on the line. Had a relatively good sleep for me. However deathly tired all day. Managed to wash my hair and then we were off to Roos house by 9:30. Aunty Hennie bought her flowers on the way. It took 1 1/2 hours, including going very fast on the motorway. I didn't know Roos lived so far away. Hennie has been doing this trip 2x a week for 4 years now. A beautiful warm day. ... as he'd had a car accident. Aunty Hennie ( mine now she said ! ) made another delicious dinner. Have been re inspired for when I get home, with cooking, having friends round, and making a cottage garden. Not in much pain for the evening. Angelique rung to say she fell off her bike into a ditch and her bike landed on her. She was covered in slime. Henk had to jump in and rescue her !!! Not nice but funny ...
... Tired and emotionally spent for awhile. Nice talking to Tante Hennie. She seems to understand and it's nice not to be alone. James goes to Oslo today. So hard not being able to communicate with my family. Delicious meal, beautifully presented again. Watched a programme on finding lost great works of art in the UK. Freezing cold. Socks to bed ...
