    ... information desk, which by now was packed. We were told that there were strikes so she would need to take the late train to Frankfurt, transfer to Koln then take a bus to Brussels. They could not give us an ETA. Turns out the strikes were in Belgium.

    Awoke to another rainy morning. Decided to go to the BMW museum near the Olympic Park just outside of Munich. Caught the U1 and changed for the U3 for Olympia zentrum, see how good I've gotten at this. Even impressed myself. All tours are booked out and first available is 5 days away. Asked if we could just walk around the museum but was advised it was closed for the day. Coffee & cake time. ...

    ... and we were out by 10:45 local time. Unfortunately, both Matt and I woke up at the godless hour of 3 am (& change) and struggled to sleep well til this morning.

    Depending on the energy level shared between us this afternoon, we're looking at a walk over to the Englischer Garten for a low key afternoon behind some steins.
