      ... out this Dutch city, where the first thing you see is that everyone rides a bike. We are told most Dutch residents own an average of 3 bikes. And that is how they get around.       November 22 Today I woke up early and decided I'd give the bike a rest aka my bottom was a little bruised from the previous days.       Nov.20 The next morning I woke up early had some toast and tea with Marie-Jose and then took the push bike to the train station where I got on the train to meet Elvina.
