    ... on xmas day this year. So our Lindos Christmas as it stands is made up of a lot of food and probably, definitely a lot of **** tv. Can't wait!
    Plans for Athens; there are none. Apart from good food and lots of it. And cinema to see the new penguins of Madagascar film!!!!
    England plans; friends food and a gathering on Friday 24th with friends from here there and everywhere to say goodbye and have a good knees up. :)

    After dinner last night we went to the port to find out about boat trips. Lovely young Greek girl with very good English and almost no accent, told us to go Discovery as she didn't do trips to Lindos. Got to Discovery and spoke to a lovely young man with an American accent who is also Greek, who told us all about the trip and the boat.
    Three stories high with 31 sun beds on the top deck. Usually 250 people but at this time of year only about 100. You can only book ...

    ... the boat departed we found a taverna and downed a few Mythos beers before climbing back on board. We also had a stop at Tsampika Bay on the return journey which was another fantastic swimming cove (protected, deep, crystal clear waters, warm, etc.). Arrival back at Rhodes Town was around 6 PM so we found a local shop for for some souvlakis and then headed back to the hotel for some Ouzos over ice to round the day off.
