Welcome to the capital!
... Jade Mountain' and saw the 'Turtle Tower' further in the water. It is really pretty, despite the water being so green. Trees hang over the lake and frame it, making it very picturesque, a number of Vietnamese couples were having their wedding and engagement photos taken there, we spotted about five or six in the half an hour or so we spent strolling around. Even E had to admit, "It's pretty impressive, considering it's in the middle of a city!"

Mad City
... this is the old area of the city of trade and shops and it is still impossible to casually stroll down it's streets without being accosted by street sellers, shop assistants, taxi drivers and street side cafes (on tiny stools!) The rest of the street is full of mopeds and motorbikes, so we walked in the road and avoided the ones that were hurtling towards us instead.
