    ... 8217;s going to be too much partying on this boat – but we’ll see. We did chat briefly to a couple from Arizona who seemed to be a bit closer to our age but she suffers from seasickness and we were rocking a little bit and she eventually headed off to lie down.     ... as we sailed away from Ft. Lauderdale. We were going to try to watch the Super Bowl game on the big screen outside, but it was too cold/windy and most of the chairs were already taken anyway! We decided to eat instead :)) and after a quick change of clothes, we went to the dining room. I had salmon, Kathi had some pork dish and both were quite tasty!

    ... the van but there were tons just hanging out around the parking lot and they do look like tough big birds so I’m sure they are capable of doing some pretty good damage. After a quick snack of PB and bananas, we did the Gumbo Limbo trail. It was a short trail in the shade of hammock trees and gumbo limbo trees.     Yay for more free brekky. Frida and I decided to go to downtown this morning. She wanted to see the buildings and the water front, and despite already seeing it all about this time last year, I had some time to kill before my afternoon flight. We caught the bus to downtown Miami, and walked through town. It is a far bigger city than I remember. There are buildings everywhere.

    ... and media.  All wine, drinks, specialty restaurants, sushi, raw bar, all of it was gratis. The ship's décor is far from the normal gaudy NCL style.  This was tasteful in browns and soft blues.  All the restaurants were extremely well fitted out.  Dark woods, beautiful wall and window treatments, and contemporary seating were found everywhere.  For a ship so large, the public areas seemed welcoming and ...
