While enjoying breakfast on our deck, lounging in the hot tub as we soaked in the views of the caldera, and making final plans for Paris, oh and planning our retirement home (YES! so ready to spend the rest of our lives on the water and blow off this thing they call work!), we finally made up our minds to spend our last hours in heaven on a boat. After a traditional Greek lunch including Moussaka (Lasgna with lamb and eggplant), we hiked around the lighthouse taking pictures and pointing out all the crabs along the sea walls.
