While walking we through a wooded area we saw more capybara and our guide showed us a fruit that when crushed it turned your skin blue and a vine that you cut and could drink water from. We headed back to camp disappointed that we wouldn't be spending any longer there as we had had an amazing time and enjoyed all the activities we had done. ... the free city bus to the Fan Fest, standing in line to get our wristbands for entrance to the Fan Fest and watching two bands and two games on the big screen- and it was BIG. Both great games and it was super fun to be there watching Brazil win (barely) against Columbia (although we were secretly cheering for Columbia!) and Germany beating ...
... When the weather calmed down, I returned to the hostel and watched a truck drive through the hostels dangling telephone line - and for two days we didn't have any Internet.
Today I planned my next move for my trip - the German girl and I are catching a bus together to Foz do Iguacu tomorrow evening!

Once the feeding frenzy was over and the dust had settled it was time for some very sad goodbyes. Tears were shed as Caroline and I bid each other farewell, I could not ask for a more lovely friend and I am so glad that everything is falling into place for her and her family in Curitiba. It would be really strange being back on the road travelling solo again after feeling so at home. ...
