    ... remembers serving police officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty. The trip turned out to be a fantastic shake down for our planned overseas tour.     Departed a bit late from Brissy. Nearly 7pm by the time we took off. Not much to do at the airport. We were the 2nd in line to check in for the flight .........     ... Lots and lots of shopping. Many of the stores were having great sales, and as I was going from store to store I felt the vibe of Surfers Paradise surround me. I bought a super cute romper that I had to wear out. I slowly meandered my way towards Q1, the tallest tower in the Southern Hemisphere, and up until the one in Dubai was built was the tallest residential tower in the world.
