... Scooby Doo's Spooky Coaster, you are in the middle of a spooky castle - gargoyles with red glowing eyes and everything. The queue was fairly long at this point and we had to wait for about 20 minutes before we got on. A lot of this was spent watching interviews with the cast from the 2002 Scooby Doo movie, which I have to say, I'm fairly glad I haven't seen. Most theme parks have something along the lines of a sub-scary haunted house ride that you're almost ...

... boarding was going on and a couple of very young boys were putting on a fantastic cricket display. On the way back, we stopped by the health food shop and had a lolly each. We saw and Ibis on the way back to the house. We've seen these strange looking birds before but haven't known their name until now. Back here, we jumped into the pool and exercised Lucy for a bit. There were enclosures filled with little marsupials and reptiles some of which were out in the open, but some of which were hidden away. There were shows were gigantic birds of prey swoop through a ...

... more. So I stupidly told Luke that he can go on the Big Shot Batwing. A massive tower that shoots you high into the sky at great speed and just as you reach the top, drops you just as fast back down. The initial spring is tough, but the following springs up and down are pleasant. That was the end of the day. What a great thrill and I'm still buzzing for more. Tomorrow we head for the Wet'n'Wild water park. Not my forte but looking forward to it none the less.

that Melbourne can experience all four seasons in a day. We walked around Melbourne for a bit and one
of the unique aspects of the city is the graffiti alleyways. The government blocks off these alleyways for
graffiti use only. Artists come from all
over to paint their designs on these walls and the designs are so
          impressive. Melbourne ...
