The golden sand inn is an excelent hotel to stay in Phuket. Its rught by the beach and the cabanas we stayed were really nice. The only lack attention to details such as the garden and cleaninness

... we arrived into Phuket so we had been up 22 hours at that
stage. So after the hour drive and checking in and showering, it was 3AM at
home in Australia so that’s a full 24 hours we were awake. We’re feeling the
jetlag this morning, that’s for sure! We have a lot of brochures and we have a
lot of things we are very excited to do. We’ll keep ya’ll posted.

    Much love,

Dropped my bags and off I went to catch sunset at Mandalay Hill.....Now the Muay Thai is over and the next stage of my travelling begins!

A drive around some of the bays in the island. Stopped at a police check but the officer just peered into the car and told us to drive on. Went to see about the Fantasia show but it would be quite far and doesn't start until 9 at night so we'll give it a miss. Dinner on the beach close to the apartment where we had jumbo prawns with salad, veg, rice and I had a piña ...

... Kata Kitchen, Kata Beach's number 1 for food. After we had wandered in the wrong direction for a while, we had to resort to a taxi. He had to work for his 150 baht as he had to stop at least 3 times to ask his taxi friends where he as meant to be going! The food was tasty and the customer service was excellent. When we asked for our walking directions back to the hotel she was very apologetic that the boss had left early so they couldn't ...
