    ... was smelly, messy work! The workers were all curious about this group of ladies snapping photos of them as they worked. Most ignored us and kept to their task. Some stopped, smiled and showed us the insides of the mussel with all the pearls inside. A young woman we saw had the task of shoveling the leftover shells into a truck where they would be ground and made into fertilizer or feed we were told. I think any of the tasks we saw could be featured on one of those reality shows ...

    Barely took any photos in Hangzhou as it ****** it down most of the time we were there but here are a few. Hangzhou isn't much of a wintery place really as most of the activities are based around the lake. We attempted to walk around it on my birthday but got soaked through so went to a silk museum instead. I told you it was three wet and wild girls let loose in China...We made up for the ****** weather by going for some real nice food at a restaurant called Grean Tea restaurant though. ...

    ... judging by the state and location of their house. I've seen much worse quality homes in worse areas, and I don't think they were necessarily hurting for money. This could just be me trying to rationalize my decision not to buy at their (slightly) exorbitant prices. I leave it to you to decide.
