We do feel like old ladies in this group of 20-30 year olds! We can buy snacks in Demre, but we have to buy all of our drinks on the boat. The prices aren't too bad, but it would be nice if we could have brought our own. So ...

... an ice cream. We slept in 3's on mattresses in small cabins on stilts (some contention as couples got air conditioned ensuite cabins by mistake) but it was a welcome break from a tent. That night we feasted on awesome Turkish food - fresh grilled fish, puff pasty filled with cheese, aubergine musaka, and several tasty salads. The breakfast and dinners here were consistently extremely tasty with generous helpings; we def put on a few ...

... it at this point since you cant really book anything with the buses you just kinda turn up and ask around to hook up the next leg. We eventually sorted our minibus from Antalya to Olympos which is about a 1.5 hr drive, however we were introduced to a local bus driver custom of driving around at a bloody snails pace for the first 30 mins trying to pick up extra passengers. Actual travel time was closer to 2.5 ...
