    ... whilst I bought one to replace the pair I left in the hotel at Mantova. Later in the day I also bought a very comfortable pair of sandals – with cork heels. Let's hope they last, as they are very comfortable. We had an apple and some bakery products in the room for lunch and then walked down to the harbour area, which was interesting and touristy with loads ...

    ... a knock at the door. I went and answered it and it was a hotel staff member bringing me another bottle of water. Poor Jayson flipped out when he realised that I answered the door without asking who it was....he was freaking out that he was going to witness an attack or something through my iPad camera.     ... half Lion and half goat with a snake tail (I think it was?) got a bit angry for some reason and spat fire and it's been there since! Call me a cynic but I'm gunna say chances are it's the volcanic gasses. Just sayin. I mean, lions don't even breathe fire...if it was a dragon, well then you might have had me! Next stop is Fethiye, could definitely have stayed longer in Olympos, but hey there's places to go and we new to be in the Greek islands by next week so I guess I'll pop back one ...
