We are housed on the 13th floor of a hotel, the top floor, and you can hear honking horns morning, noon, and night and it drives me crazy!! Mopeds have horns, cars have horns, the buses have horns and they are constantly beeping the horns non-stop because the drivers are CRAZY here!!
