It was INCREDIBLY challenging and steep. She said she just goes really really slowly. She speaks a little bit of English which she was proud to share with us. I picked a man walking along the street at random - I showed him the characters and he pointed at the same peak and then made a gesture that seemed to indicate "follow me". We followed this guy along the street till he turned into a little ally. He indicated "follow me" again, so on we went.     After our early check-in, we decided to partake in the super popular Yulong River Bamboo Raft tour. You basically site on a bamboo plank raft, while the local guide, poles the raft down the river. This is quite a gentle and quiet journey... until you start to hear loud water... like a waterfall or rapids. It is actually man made "dams" used to flood ...
