The Black Forest (a truly colorful place)

We have spent the past couple days in a tiny town called Bad Wildbad. It's an amazingly good town name and a fantastic place to be. We are in the northern portion of the Black Forest which is in southern Germany. The town is a retirement, rehabilitation, and resort area. It's great because we are here right before things pick up for the winter season if skiing so it is completely deserted of everyone ...

Last weekend I checked out the Mercedes-Benz Football Stadium of Stuttgart! What a great arena! Along with my good North-American friends: Charles, Louis and Kevin, I got to see a great (1-sided) contest between VfB Stuttgart and Wolfsburg. • The train pulled into Stuttgart and I hiked to the hostel with my
backpack. A bunch of Welsh guys were heading in the same direction as me
and we started talking. They were heading to Volksfest. It turns out
that's the second biggest beer festival in the world. I had had enough
of beer so I didn't follow them when they invited me.
      • I checked into my hostel and went straight to bed
      Mon 29/9
      • Today was pretty boring. ...

The food was unbelievable and to give you an indication to the fact I was actually sick I had the smallest parma and I didn’t et through half of it. We played Yahtzee again that night and Phil was the winner this time. We played another couple games of Uno then went to bed.

      I woke ...
