On Friday, August 8, we left Pueblo around 10.00AM heading to Golden to visit with my niece Keezie and her partner Pat. It was an easy drive of 127 miles and we arrived around 2:00PM having stopped for gas and lunch along the way.
Keezie then drove us to Clear Creek which runs through the city of Golden. It was a great place to watch rafters, tubers, kayakers and waders in the cool water. There were so many families just enjoying the outdoors as well as many bikers riding on ...

We arrived home, with luggage, at 9pm - about 24 hours after we left our hotel in Bergen, and everyone slept like logs (C only woke up ONCE in the night!).
