Golden Hotel Nha Trang

Another sleeper bus took us to Nha Trang.

I'm really annoyed because I already typed this up and it disappeared and I'm hungry. and it all disappeared again, for the second time. Basically night bus was **** but spent day on the beach soaking up rays so feel better. I'll try to put up some pics and fill this out properly later. Oh yes and phone has stopped working again.

So after another long and pretty much sleepless night on the bus for myself, Bev had a little more luck and managed a few hours sleep, we arrived in Nha Trang. Sorry but in yesterdays entry I forgot to mention and Hels has just reminded me, that she treated the both of us to a two hour massage session.In the resort they had a beauty and relaxation centre full of Vietnamese Ladies to help you unwind and relax after a busy day........therefore Hels came with me. Great experience having your body covered with Chocolate fudge and rock salt, I am told to exfoliate the skin. A 20 minute wrap in towels to have a snore then shower off. Return to be covered ...

Up early for brekkies at Hotel and then off to see the local area and beach, although Hels seems to have a long shopping list of absolute essentials, like long sleeved shirt/dress, cotton loose shirt, 2 bikinis, shorts, mossy spray and sun cream. Also a wrap around skirt that the lady made from some material on her sewing machine and still only charged 70,000 dong ( about 2 pounds ). Needless to say after 4 hours in the hot and dusty streets we found them all and my woman is now very happy......

Caught an early bus to the Hot Mud Spa! Booked a Mud bath for 2! - A large wooden bath filled with warm/hot mud the consistency of liquid fudge. There was a laddle to help you apply it . This lasted 40 minutes - we then had the opportunity to lay in the sun to dry it off - like an all over face pack. This was not possible as the sun was so hot.
