I have to admit I packed my bag with 2 big loafs of Chocolate Rice Cakes from Quaker oats and my Jiff peanut butter...that stash stays in my room....so I can have my real meal of peanut butter on Rice cakes (my fav)!! It is our last day in Fuzhou. It has been a great team to work with and each of us American teachers has had the experience of a lifetime. The Chinese teacher are so sincere and speak from the heart.
