    ... long before we were threading our way through the mess of motorway junctions, on the left and right(!!) around Barcelona. It was getting sunnier and warmer all the time and we were relieved to finally get to Vilanova i la Getru and the campsite at Vilanova Park.     The day started well enough with a nice walk along the beach, lunch in a beachside restaurant over looking the harbour... After lunch a few more beers in a couple of different bars and it was late afternoon, Linda and Mandy returned with Tia to Herman for the night as Mark, Cani and I powered on into the evening at the Tapas Bar, Beers, Run&Cokes and Bottles of Wine all being consumed... Even the free Tapas they laid on the top ...

    ... is open at this time of year and it had more of a ‘homely’ feel than the last one and was set within a nature reserve. After setting up we headed off to check out the private beach which was only 500m from the campsite, this is when we knew that we had finally found a more traditional Spain.
