    ... We had a meeting, then a plant inspection and they actually ran Bruce's prunes through the pitting machine and bagging line as we were there. His product was rated highly by everyone we spoke to, a real credit to him. After lunch we were taken to 1 of their 10 Dehydrators, where they have 100 tunnels and dry up to 400 ton per day.     ... Farms, Yuba City. They are a large grower & packer with around 600 acres (250 ha) of prunes all grown organically. Also have a few hundred acres of walnuts, also organically grown. The fruit is dried then either sent to their processing plant in Poland or processed at the smaller plant here in Yuba City. Most of their fruit & fruit products are exported all around the world.
