... you have to find the roundest part of the egg (good luck with that). Then you crack a hole at the top of the egg with the round side facing you. Then, you have to remove a thin membrane which will reveal a liquid. They call this "broth". I do not. I was instructed to put some salt in the egg because the next step is to drink the broth from the egg. I have never been more generous with a pinch of salt. Next up...carefully splitting the egg shell open ...
