Don's Suzuki 600cc Vstrom is going well. The only issue has been the aluminium engine sump guard. Now on the second repair of the mounting lugs. Main challenge is finding someone who can weld aluminium and make it look better than bird s***.

So far so good the list is pretty short.

Next leg is back to Cochabamba, Bolivia via Santa Cruz. Starting 7 April after Easter.

Next stop, Foz Iguazu and some Brasilian money. We decide to skip seeing the falls from the Brasilian side, or the dam at Iteai- time ...

We packed up camp this morning and managed to leave at 6:30. We have about 1050 kilometres until Bonito so we wanted to get on the road as early as possible. I think everyone did well since it was the first time repacking up the truck after a camp and it takes awhile for people to learn how to pack up the tents and where things go on the truck. The drive was nothing ...

... malls. The centre reminded me more of a typical Brazilian city; busy, with lots of shops selling suspect goods (i got a Hollister t-shirt for 10 reals {about £3-£4}).
The center has some nice parks with small craft markets and pretty grand cathedral. There is also a theatre, which apparently one of the best outside Sao Paulo city. Next to this there is a restaurant/bar place called Pinguim (Portuguese for penguin), famous for its chopp (a light beer) and some of ...
