We are in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil!!! It is truly a beautiful city. We saw a few highlights on the bus tour today. We get off the cruise ship tomorrow morning, check into the Sheraton; then we're on our own for 2 days. I'm sure we'll have wi-fi in the hotel but if not, I'll finish up on Sunday when we get home.

Sunday was spent at another beautiful beach, Ipanema which is just next to Copacabana. We also went for a nice but challenging run along the Copacabana promenade. On Sunday's they close off the road along the beach front so there are loads of people running, rollerblading, cycling. There are also loads of boot camp sessions ...
... down in record time and I was just thinking that there was no way I was giving that landing a round of applause when I saw the reason it was so harsh.....the runway was about to run out! We were pretty close to being in the sea! ... and is like one massive house party. The place was crammed with the finest looking women I have ever seen, including the girl at the bar who took as much of my heart as she did my money. The gringos stood out like we were in a favela. Girls there are not subtle in the slightest, worse stare downs than Bruno indi Martins. Google image that ****. Marley's treated me to one of the best nights of my life, hands down.
