... here has pretty much been identical every day. Wake up. Have brekkie and head to the beach, either both of us have headed back for lunch or one of us has gone back made it up and brought it back to the beach which works a bit better as it avoids karting all the stuff back... What we really need is a decent cool box that we can take everything down with us in the first place but with only a 100m walk, we've managed!! We had a bit of rain ...

... stadium and headed for the centre. All went well and after one change to get on the metro, we were right on the heart of the city. We found a tourist info shop and got a couple of maps to work out way round and went to some of the culture stuff. ... our van. It meant that every time you met a car coming in the opposite direction, if you could even see it coming around the bends, you would have to slow down and judge if the road was wide enough for you to pass. It made for rather harrowing driving, and not very relaxing -- at least for the driver (me).

After a breakfast far too large to justify, given the feast we'd had the night before, we loaded up and headed out to the hilltop citadel ...

... to the top, only to see a tiny parking area already full with three cars. The hotel was right there, so I stopped long enough to let my heart slow down. I asked Jeff to step out and check the damage. I'd expected there to be a huge gash along the side of the van, but he could see nothing...for now. I breathed a little easier, but then realized that there was nowhere to go. Directly ahead of us was a home with a small parking area in front. Had this been ...
