2 nights of urban living in Lagos and we decided it was time to head for the hills, which meant relocating to Luz on a rather more rural campsite in terms of its locale. Another typical Porto Covo morning: bright, blue and upon inspection, very large swell; too large for us. Decision time - do we stay or move on? It was easy and unanimous, time to break camp and hit the road once again heading south. We also went to check out the lagoon, I got out for a couple tacks, the wind was super light and I crashed my kite and it deflated... fun. I had to walk my kite back through shallow water ...

He also tells me that he used to own this restaurant Vilaadentro and he gave it to his sister. He decorated the place himself with Portugeuse blue tiles. De voettocht begeleid door vier honden naar de windmolen over de glooiende heuvels met zijn valleien begroeit met citrusbomen, peren, vijgenbomen, druivenstruiken, bomen met het Jacobsbrood en nog veel meer exotische bomen en struiken geeft het gevoel te zijn in het land van melk en honing, maar ook de vergezichten zijn zeer verrassend.
