    ... up toward Lake Mead, a huge man made lake where people can go boating and fishing etc. We also flew over the Hoover dam and the pilot explained how it was built and circled around so we could all get a good view. Amazing construction. It took about 35 mins to reach the edge of the Grand Canyon and wow what an incredible view. It is stunning and so vast.     ... us over the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and the West Rim of the Canyon. We then set down and hopped in a minibus to the Skywalk. After some incredible photos and awe inspiring facts, it was back to the helicopter for the flight back to Vegas. We flew in past the Stip to the tune of Elvis' Viva Las Vegas - more brilliant DJ-ing from the pilot. By the time we arrived at the hotel, it was getting close to dinner and we had arranged a night out on a party bus for the night. More of that ...

    ... the money we had lost (which in all fairness was not a lot). After playing a couple of slot machines and some electronic poker, we agreed that the house always wins. The funny this was that I was actually doing quite well but then I went and got cocky and lost it all (all $3 of it!) but I guess that's the point in Vegas.
