One of the photos we have attached is of “Puppy” the westie (dog). The Guggenheim museum purchased Puppy in 1997 and it is now a permanent fixture at their museum in Bilbao. When living in Sydney we saw Puppy outside the Museum of Contemporary Art.

We left the museum after 6 hours and decided the other museum we had intended to visit today could wait until tomorrow. Now back to ...

... ship cabins have some kind of rattle in them but this one was just great.

During the night the seas got a bit rough and as this is not a massive big liner it sure got thrown about in the waves. However it never stopped me from having a great nights sleep. This place had some damn good food- the best was this burnt/caramelised round of camembert on a bed of sweet, salty oniony jam stuff. Then I bought an eclair, and am about to eat it.

I have to say I'm getting a little bit homesick and lonely. But I'll harden the **** up.

By the time everyone has eaten breakfast, taken it in turns in the tiny bathroom, dressed themselves in the cramped space, and then tended to the camper's needs – emptying tanks, filling up our water, etc. – the intended departure time is usually long gone. This morning, however, we managed pretty ...

Not much to report today. We got up in a warmer van this morning and made our plan for Bilbao. We read that parking in Bilbao is pretty awful so we opted for a campsite 30 minutes outside the city with a nearby metro stop that would take us in quickly. We decided on another two day stop there which meant we could take our time in arriving and only go into Bilbao the following morning. After breakfast we took a walk around ...
