    Excellent!!!

This is an excellent family resort style hotel. Nice apartments, spacious and clean. Setbacks, no real beach and the seafront is not suitable for children. Food is also bad and the breakfast can always be better. Else, it is a great place to stay and close to Port Dickson town.

After two long 7 hour flights we arrived in KL this afternoon. Boarded the shuttle train to baggage reclaim through the no entry signs (!!) and found the luggage belt. After a 20 minute argument with the ATM machine we got the train to Salak Tinggi where we were met by Jessie to take us to ...

Today was an airport day. After our usual breakfast and packing, we made our way to KL airport to explore the place and be here ready for checkin. All the big brands are here and every time we look a little lost or confused a local asks if we need help, another testament to the friendliness of the Malaysian people. I was also really heartened to see many people who were blind or deaf along our travels here, I wonder what the perception ...

... a connecting flight to Manila. I'm going on holiday. Along the way I'm going to look for a place to live. With luck, I will be back in Australia in a couple of months to finalise things and make a permanent move. After a few days in Manila, I'll head south to explore the Philippines, looking for beaches, locals, beer and a new home. Stay with me for a while and I'll tell you how it goes. Tod P.S Next time I'll tell you about the crazy old lady who sat next to me on the ...

Now comes the next fun part.....waiting at the airport for six hours before our flight to Kathmandu. Already felt right at home after seeing a Burger King! Haha. Going to the loo just now was an interesting experience.....there was a hose thing in the stall, no loo paper and the darn toilet flushed while I was still on it! Awesome. Sitting on couches at the moment in front of a ...

Traveling and Asia: 2 of my greatest loves in life. One of the reasons I love traveling, and life for that matter, is that everyday I wake up knowing what I want to achieve during that day but having no idea about the new experiences I'll encounter, or the interesting people I'll meet, or the new things I'll learn during those 24 hours. A lot can be achieved in this time I feel! Yesterday was certainly no exception. I'll start at the beginning... When I realized that ...
