This is an excellent family resort style hotel. Nice apartments, spacious and clean. Setbacks, no real beach and the seafront is not suitable for children. Food is also bad and the breakfast can always be better. Else, it is a great place to stay and close to Port Dickson town.

... half after we left KL. Anne met us at the airport and after an unplanned "grumpy" whistle-stop tour of the outskirts of Kuching we headed for Serian. During the drive I decided it's quite like Turkey. We headed for dinner near a waterfall, where we tried midin, a jungle fern. Heading into Kuching tomorrow and the Orangu-tan sanctuary on ...

... to catch a flight early in the morning - we stayed up until 3am so we could watch the England game (who were rubbish!!!) but it was dedication!! Then went to bed for about two hours and then had to be up at 7am to make our way to the airport to catch our flight to Jakarta. I absolutely loved Kuala Lumpur, I wish we could have had another 1-2 days there as it was such a beautiful city, it had a real 'Bollywood' feel to it. Love to you all from Kuala Lumpur. ... a connecting flight to Manila. I'm going on holiday. Along the way I'm going to look for a place to live. With luck, I will be back in Australia in a couple of months to finalise things and make a permanent move. After a few days in Manila, I'll head south to explore the Philippines, looking for beaches, locals, beer and a new home. Stay with me for a while and I'll tell you how it goes. With the reunion of our French friend, Kevin, in S. Thailand we decide to continue traveling together and merge our plans which lands us in Malaysia! A country known for being extremely Muslim, beautiful, a large tea and coffee producer and split into two pieces of land. We cross the border of Thailand to Malaysia via mini bus with a breeze and start exploring this culturally diversified land. Upon arrival ...

Traveling and Asia: 2 of my greatest loves in life. One of the reasons I love traveling, and life for that matter, is that everyday I wake up knowing what I want to achieve during that day but having no idea about the new experiences I'll encounter, or the interesting people I'll meet, or the new things I'll learn during those 24 hours. A lot can be achieved in this time I feel! Yesterday was certainly no exception. I'll start at the beginning... When I realized that ...
