One of the reasons for this trip was to visit the Water Resources Institute of Jiangxi. A delegation came to visit the Toowoomba campus earlier this year, on the basis of trying to find a partner institute in Australia to work with. ... no meal allowance and the food has been found for us. Lunch was 11 courses and dinner 14. Fantastic tasting food – lots (and lots) of different types of Tofu cooked in a number of ways as well as the usual corn soup, rice, noodles, fantastic selections of greens and some bits and pieces we can’t quite work out. The restaurant was tucked in behind tonight’s theatre – perhaps its fo the theatre staff…hard to ...

      Three ancient villages

... paid for my ticket again and we wandered around all morning through dilapidated buildings and on hand cut sidewalks. There's not a lot to say about the ancient village, it was the same as most of the villages I have seen, but perhaps there was a more "authentic" feeling there. Probably because people still live there in the old style and there were a lot of chickens running around. I realized THIS is how bird ...
