... I can't tell you its name (Chinese names are not the easiest to remember). I can tell you though that it is the most important building of its kind, made famous by a very beautiful poem written about it. It belonged to a prince, son of an emperor in the Tang Dynasty who governed this area. He felt homesick so had himself built "a place to have fun" in the summer months.
